Will my insurance cover my compounded medication?

As most insurance companies do not cover compounds, we have elected to operate as a credit card only compounding pharmacy, which allows us to pass the savings onto our customers.

How much will my compounded prescription cost me?

Depends on the form, active ingredients, strength, and quantity. At Express Compounding we strive to have low overhead and in turn pass the savings onto our customers which is why we will be the cheapest in most cases. Please feel free to call us up at (406) 642-3743 to discuss your prescription.

How long does it take to compound my prescription?

We require your approval before we process any compounds. Upon approval, most prescriptions are mailed out the next business day (except on Fridays where shipping may occur on Monday).

What states are you licensed in and mail to?

Currently we are licensed in Arizona, Colorado, Montana, Idaho, and Utah with more states pending, so check back often.

Can you notify my doctor if I am out of refills?

Yes we can. Just let us know and we will get in contact with your doctor for authorization.

How much do you charge to ship?

No charge for standard shipping. On occasions, a customer may need an item 2nd day which then the shipping cost will be charged to the patient. During the hot summer season, a small mailing fee may be incurred to cover the cost of the ice pack and shipping container.

What are your hours of operation?

Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Closed weekends and holidays.

What method of shipping do you use?

We ship via standard USPS. For an additional charge, we can ship 2nd day.

How do I pay for my compound?

We accept all major credit cards. Payment is required before a compound is made up and shipped out.

Do I have access to counseling?

Absolutely. A pharmacist and/or someone from the customer care team is available during normal business hours. Our hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Call 888-976-9024

Can I customize the flavor of my compounded medication?

Yes you can. For new prescriptions we will contact you and go over the details on your compound before we process the prescription.

How do I get my prescription transferred to you?

Give us a call and we will handle the rest.

Do you ship compounds that require refrigeration?

We can, however there is an additional fee for any required refrigeration items.
